Your best chapter is still unwritten – get weekly insights from the Retirement Reimagined Journal to design a fulfilling retirement you’ll wish you started yesterday.

Imagine connecting with your authentic self and learning the step-by-step process to design a purposeful, fulfilling retirement lifestyle that complements your financial plan.

You retired knowing your finances were in order. But no one told you that was only one piece of the puzzle. Now you’re:

5

feeling lost, like you don’t know who you are anymore

5

wandering around with no purpose or direction

5

feeling alone

5

wondering why your emotions are so out of control

That peaceful transition from a career to a new chapter is within reach once you address the psychological pieces of the retirement puzzle.
That’s where we come in.

The problem is —

Well … there are actually 5 problems.

Loss of Identity

You were someone in your career. But when you left, you realized that person didn’t exist anymore. Now you don’t know who you are. Rest assured, the real you is just waiting to be discovered.

No Purpose

You were passionate about what you did in your last chapter. It brought meaning and purpose to your days. Now you’re left wondering what you’ll do in the next 30 years. Because face it. You aren’t wired to binge-watch Netflix and eat ice cream all day. Your new purpose is just waiting to come out.

No Structure

You had a demanding schedule, and people depended on you to get things done (and you did). But now your calendar pages are blank and sometimes you wonder what you accomplished at the end of the day. It’s not what you expected retirement to be like. It doesn’t have to be that way.
Loss of Connections
You miss being around other people, but the reality is, those relationships have changed. It makes you feel so alone and isolated. Trust me. There are so many women walking in the same shoes. You’ll find them. I promise.
Out of control Emotions
You used to be so confident and felt in control. But now you feel like your whole world has turned upside down. You’re on a wild emotional rollercoaster ride, and you can’t get off. Yes, you can. You just need some mindset tools and tips to help you turn the rollercoaster ride into a nice trip through the countryside.

40%
of new retirees

experience significant stress during the transition period

25%
of retirees

feel isolated and lonely, which can negatively impact both mental and physical health

10-15%
of retirees

experience depression, often due to a lack of purpose or social isolation

60%
of retirees

wish they had planned more for the non-financial aspects of retirement

You don’t have to become one of these statistics.

I wish someone had given me the “tough love” talk before I retired thinking all I needed was my financial plan (yes, I had one).

The minute I walked out the door and headed for my car that last time, I could feel the clouds of uncertainty and loss start to roll in. Soon I was one of these numbers. My a-ha moment was when I realized my financial plan hadn’t retired. I had. It was a definite wake-up call.

I share this because maybe you’re one of the 60% who needs the tough love talk. You’re welcome.

But I won’t stop there. I do have solutions.

No. 1 — Retirement Reimagined Program

6-month personalized coaching program to design your next chapter

Retirement Reimagined Coaching is a personalized, step-by-step program for high-achieving women who are ready to rediscover who they are, reignite their passions, and design a next chapter that feels aligned and meaningful. Together, we create a roadmap and walk it out side by side so you feel seen, supported, and confident about your future.

Pillar #1 – Plan

In Week One, we’ll create your personalized Next Chapter Plan — a clear roadmap based on your story, strengths, and desires. This plan grounds you in who you are today, clarifies what you want, and gives you a structure for moving forward with confidence.

Pillar #2 – Training

Over the next five weeks (Weeks 2–6), we’ll move through my proven Retirement Reimagined Academy modules. Each week blends recorded training with live coaching and support to help you:

  • Understand how the mind works so you can tame emotions and think clearly

  • Unpack your story to see how past experiences shape your next chapter

  • Identify habits and beliefs that may hold you back

  • Clarify your vision and design a path that excites you

  • Tap into your resilience and grit to move forward with confidence

You’ll have full access to the modules, journaling prompts, and live session replays for the entire 6-month term.

Pillar #3 – Coaching

The remaining months are devoted to ongoing coaching and accountability. With a mix of private coaching, group Voxer access, and weekly Zoom office hours, you’ll have the support you need to stay on track. Together, we’ll build the daily habit of intentional living — starting each day with alignment and one meaningful step forward.

I’ve walked this road myself, and I’ve helped other women navigate it too — rediscovering who they are, reconnecting with what matters most, and stepping into a new season of life with clarity, peace, and purpose.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. Click below to schedule your free 45-minute call. Together, we’ll explore what your next chapter could look like and begin answering that all-important question: “Who am I now?”

No. 2 — Personal 1-on-1 Coaching

$397 for 3 one-hour personal coaching calls

The best advice I can give you is based on my experience designing my next chapter. I read books (loads of them) and did a lot of soul-searching. But that took a lot of time.

I thought I was making progress, but the results weren’t there. Until I locked arms with a coach.

It truly makes all the difference in the world in getting results fast. This service is for you if you’re:

  • trying to figure it out on your own, but you’re not gaining traction
  • feeling alone and looking for just the right guide
  • serious about not being one of those statistics
  • ready to lock arms with someone who’s been there
  • wanting to take back control of your crazy emotions and your life

It’s your way to get where you want to go — faster and with greater focus.

Not sure if you’re ready for 1-on-1 coaching? Schedule a 15-minute conversation where I can learn a little more about you, answer your questions, and suggest a next step. Call it an introductory call. Did I mention that it was free? Yep. Just for you.

No. 3 — Animal Aromatherapy

This may seem a little out in left field, but it truly is related to the challenges we experience during life transitions.

In my transition from a career (think retirement) to my next chapter, I learned the importance of managing your thoughts and emotions so your anxiety doesn’t spill over to your pets.

I learned the hard way.

During that time, I was so lost and out of control. All. The. Time.

And, that freaked-out energy spilled over to my female Bouvier des Flandres, Kaya causing her to have an episode that landed her in a 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic for 8 days. Kaya was diagnosed with acute hemorrhagic diarrhea syndrome, which can occur without warning in otherwise healthy dogs and can be deadly. The exact cause is unknown, but stress and anxiety are thought to be possible contributing factors in many cases.

It was a tough lesson to learn, and I vowed it would never happen to one of my pets again. Thankfully, I now know a lot more about managing stress and anxiety, and how essential oils can be used safely and effectively. Not just for myself, but for my pets as well.

Alli (our 4th Bouvier) is why I completed the Animal Aromatherapy Specialist Certification course developed and taught by a world-renowned veterinarian in Austin, TX. Janet Roark, DVM has dedicated her life to educating others about the safe and effective use of essential oils for animals and the people who own and love them!

As a certified specialist, I meet with Dr. Roark and her community regularly to discuss cases and to continue studying the latest research in Animal Aromatherapy.

So, if you have an interest in learning more about the safe, effective use of essential oils on and around your pets, or have a pet that has issues and you want to explore natural or holistic approaches, then, yes, we can work together. Book an Introductory Call if you have questions. If you’re ready to dive in (because, that’s the way most of us are with our pets, right?), check out my Pet Consultation services here. And, if you want to learn more about Alli and the Bouvier des Flandres, check out Alli’s page here.

It has definitely been a year of transitions for a lot of people. Christine’s book and approach are extremely helpful in understanding where my next steps will be and, more importantly, a true roadmap to help me get there. I wish I had had this years ago! It’s a must for anyone facing a new chapter in life.

Jen B.

Yes, we do believe you can connect with your authentic self and follow a step-by-step process to design a purposeful, fulfilling retirement lifestyle that complements your financial plan.

And yup, you could do that by reading stacks of books or talking to friends and relatives, but it’d take a lot of time to read all those books. And, what if your friends and family don’t “get” you or they’re stuck in the same place (remember the 60% statistic)?

Wouldn’t it be easier, better, and (dare I say) more fun to lock arms with someone who’s been there and is now taking other women on a journey to rediscover themselves, dust off their dreams, and live life to the fullest?

After all, it’s an investment in yourself. And let me remind you…you’re worth it.
